The Shopify App Store provides an abundance of great, innovative apps which helps to take your Shopify store to the next level. Apps vary from improving your websites design, aiding customer support, increasing your sales and conversion rates and helping with orders and shipping. This diverse range of apps can really help you stand out from your competition. Below we explore our favourite apps.
Yotpo allows you to increase traffic and sales by generating reviews and ratings for your products or service. You can then use this to increase conversions by showcasing user-generated content on your website. Yotpo is also an official partnership with Google which helps to drive traffic by displaying ratings in organic search results which is ideal for SEO.
Furthermore, the simple one-click implementation is extremely easy, and you can also import existing reviews from other providers such as judge.me and PowerReviews.
Shopify Flow (by Shopify) is a great app enables you to automate laborious tasks so you can focus on the more important things. Thanks to Flows easy-to-use templates you can easily set up typical flows such as:
- Personalise marketing campaigns by tagging customers based on purchasing behaviour
- Start a win-back email sequence when customers are at risk
- Add a free gift to orders over £100
Shopify Flow also integrates with Slack and email as well as a variety of other popular apps on the Shopify App Store such as Asana, LoyaltyLion and Yotpo. Please note that this app is only available for Shopify Plus customers.
Langify is an innovative app which allows store owners to easily provide multilingual store fronts on Shopify, enabling your store to go global. Langify is extremely simple to set up and it allows you to translate products, variants, navigation, email notifications and well pretty much anything else. On top of this, the app can automatically detect languages and will redirect the customer to their prefer language automatically.
We used Langify in one of our recent Shopify Plus builds for Wunder2. Check out the Wunder 2 case study we explore how we used this app on the Canada storefront to switch the language between French and English.
It’s worth noting that Langify does not translate the content for you so you will need to add in your own translations.
As simple as it sounds, the team at Simprosys InfoMedia have created an app which reduces all the hassle in submitting your product feed to the Google Merchant Center. This Shopify app
allows you to synchronise your Shopify Store with the Google Merchant Center without the need to submit a feed URL and set up a fetching frequency. Additionally, any product updates are pushed by the app to the Merchant Center within a matter of minutes.
