Telling a business’s story drives us. And bringing a brand to life is our livelihood. So when the opportunity arose to work with luxury skincare specialists Aviela, we jumped at the chance to collaborate.
It was clear from our first meeting that Aviela has a story to tell beyond their shea butter skincare products. Inspired by her daughter’s first steps, thanks to the use of Shea Butter, founder and owner Patricia Monney began researching the ingredients and perfecting their all-natural shea butter skincare range using Patricia’s kitchen mixer. Unfortunately the website she currently had was slow, unresponsive and provided a poor user experience for anyone visiting the website. However the main crime was that it failed to tell Patricia’s story.
We knew if we wanted to get this right communication between us and Patricia was key. We spent a lot of time getting to know Patricia, the brand and her business so we all knew which direction we were heading in.
After our analysis sessions the design team set off to work on a website that put UX/UI at the forefront whilst bringing Patricia’s story to life. Our development team also provided integrations into Klaviyo, Judge Me, Yotpo and Xero to power the new website and provide the functionality the client needed.
We have continued supporting Patricia and her business and we can see the positive impact that our work has had. Aviela is going form strength to strength and we are proud to be a part of that.
Out of several options that we had, we chose Star Digital and they have been amazing to work with. From the brief that we gave them, they understood straight away what we were looking for as a brand. Their ideas they shared with us were fantastic, and they just knew what we wanted.
